We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Utilize Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies to identify and eliminate wasteful practices and improve operational processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify problems, deficiencies, and performance gaps.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to track the success of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that continuous improvement initiatives are implemented and maintained.
  • Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Minitab, DOS, and others.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications such as AS9100 and IATF.
  • Oversee the implementation of Automotive Injection Molding and Plastics manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role within the Engineering or Manufacturing industry.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Minitab, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, particularly in Automotive Injection Molding and Plastics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful improvement projects.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and certifications such as AS9100 and IATF.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Proficient in DOS and other relevant software.
