We are seeking a Permanent Construction Manager to join our dynamic construction team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from concept to completion. You will be working on various projects ranging from high-end residential construction to multifamily construction, and modular construction. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion
• Manage the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are met
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site
• Manage the quality control process to ensure that the finished product meets the highest standards
• Attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers to provide updates on the construction progress
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• Experience in high-end residential construction, multifamily construction, construction general superintendent, and modular construction
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and construction materials and methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
