Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exceptional opportunity to play a significant role in our fast-paced, innovative construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our construction projects, from the initial planning stages through to completion. This role is integral to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Operations Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Reviewing and processing Business Unit Contract and Subcontract Agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Participating in pre-construction planning meetings, providing input on construction methods, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
  • Managing the submittal process, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing CAD software to create detailed project plans and layouts.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Construction Operations Manager position, candidates must possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Extensive experience with the review and processing of Business Unit Contract and Subcontract Agreements.
