Construction Superintendent

We are a young and growing GC in Southern California specializing in Affordable Housing and Multi-family/Mixed-use. We are seeking for experienced Superintendent to join our growing family who will aid us in taking the company to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with others in a professional and objective manner, in both oral and written form.
Should possess problem-solving abilities.
Must possess knowledge of local and state regulations and building codes.
Must be able to effectively respond to management and employees and provide accurate and appropriate feedback in a timely manner.
Be proactive and assertive with effective decision-making skills and abilities.
Highly organized and able to successfully multi-task utilizing effective time management skills.
Must be dependable and able to effectively lead and manage departmental staff.
Must have a strong sense of urgency to respond to inquiries timely and professionally.
Must be able to work long hours with flexible work schedules including Saturdays.
Have high attention to detail along with a high level of accuracy.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Project software along with working knowledge of Procore.


Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
8+ years of Superintendent construction on projects valued up to $50M.
Affordable housing and/or multi-family (Type 3) commercial and public work experience.
OSHA 30-hour. (Preferred)
CPR/First Aid. (Preferred)
