Job Details:

As a Permanent Construction Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind some of the most exciting construction projects in the industry. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in the construction field and join a dynamic, innovative team that is committed to excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, including coordination of subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
• Monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations, quality standards, project specifications, and worker productivity.
• Implementing and enforcing site-specific safety plans and ensuring the job site remains safe and clean.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction specialists to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Documenting and reporting project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Utilizing construction management software such as Procore and MS Project to track project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
• Overseeing the construction of storage units and steel grid structures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully completed construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Proficient in construction management software such as Procore and MS Project.
• Experience in constructing storage units and steel grid structures.
• Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
