We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties:

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including setting milestones and deadlines
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including any delays or changes

Requirements:

• 10 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, procedures, and best practices
• Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera
• Strong understanding of construction documents, including schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and requirements for construction sites
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in construction estimating is a plus
