Construction Project Manager

We are a well established heavy civil general contractor in need of a talented Construction Project Manager for a 2 mile long light rail bridge project in San Jose. A qualified candidate will possess a civil engineering degree, licensed or unlicensed, or a construction management degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate with the project manager, superintendent, and upper management
• Develop and implement the project schedule
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers
• Manage the project submittals and RFI's
• Manage the contract payments
• Manage contract change orders
• Review crew time sheets on HCSS HeavyJob
• Provide layout to foundation crews
