**Position Overview:**
We seek an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in leading commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee the construction process of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver beyond expectations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Handle problem-solving and decision-making effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project timeline.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in commercial project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
