We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and design to completion. Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all phases of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
4. Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
5. Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
6. Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
7. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
8. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
9. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
10. Resolving any problems that may arise during the construction process.
11. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management in healthcare.
2. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in managing budgets, contracts, and schedules.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
8. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A thorough understanding of construction safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
10. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
11. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) would be a plus.
