Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our hospital construction
projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project
management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that each
project is completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, and deliver construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and work timetables.
Select and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and
safety standards.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and
licenses.
Direct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other
regulations.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of shortand
long-term goals.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project
updates and reports.
Qualifications:
This role may require frequent site visits and some travel. The project manager should be
prepared to work in various weather conditions and must adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related
- Proven working experience (minimum 5 years) in project management in the hospital
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and legal regulations.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- PMP or an equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
