Base Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + Bonus and Vehicle Allowance (100% Paid Health Insurance)

Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Commercial Construction industry. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and finalization of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality services. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish, including design, construction, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed according to plan.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sr Project Manager role within the Construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to travel as needed to construction sites.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
