Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction projects and work with a dedicated team of professionals. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the progress of various projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in reviewing comprehensive project estimates and budgets.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their expectations.
• Implement project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Make effective decisions under pressure to keep the project on track, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Continually monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and adjusting schedules or targets as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects successfully from start to finish.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting.
• Excellent team leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering team collaboration and maintaining high levels of team morale.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
