Project Manager

A locally owned construction company based in Honolulu and Lihue is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 30 years of experience they focus on commercial and residential projects from Multi-family, Hospitality to Residential and LEED. They have worked on several ground up projects across the islands including Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. They have established themselves as a statewide general contractor with many projects to come.

This role will be working directly with senior and executive management who have been in the industry for several years. Not only will you get exposed to great leadership but also be the point of contact for their clientele.

What are they offering?

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience with ground up and tenant improvement projects
• Experience with residential and industrial projects is a bonus!
• Experience working on projects from bidding to completion
• Experience with construction software applications
