Responsibilities
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for profitably managing the entire lifecycle of the construction project
  • This includes all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects
  • In addition, responsibilities will include preparing procedures and/or job progress reports, monitoring job cost & work status, preparing a project safety plan, maintaining a working relationship with owners, architects, vendors and subcontractors
  • The Project Manager and will have broad knowledge of creating project schedules, change orders management, while being a leader within the company
  • The Project Manager will be a right hand person to the General Contractor and work alongside each other tackling day to day tasks when needed
