We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all stages of commercial construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects and to be part of a team that is committed to excellence and innovation in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, construction workers, subcontractors, and all other involved parties to ensure smooth project progression.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
5. Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the construction process.
6. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, upper management, and team members.
7. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
8. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
9. Implement risk management procedures to minimize project risks and potential liabilities.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically in commercial projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
8. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
10. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
11. Ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
12. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
