We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role calls for a dedicated professional who is passionate about construction and has a proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that the project is executed as per the plan.
3. Managing the budget, ensuring that the project does not exceed the allocated funds.
4. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
5. Resolving any issues or delays that might affect the project timeline or quality.
6. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
8. Ensuring compliance with local and federal construction regulations and safety laws.
9. Implementing risk management processes to identify and mitigate project risks.
10. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Construction Project Manager role should have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial construction.
3. Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects, from conception to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
9. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to ensure the highest levels of quality and safety at all times.
10. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
