1. Strong background in commercial construction in the area. Ability to oversee and manage all stages of the construction process from conception to completion.
2. Project list available. Ability to Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting all necessary safety and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
4. Coordinate and supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
5. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
6. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and progress.
8. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
