Construction Project Manager

Being in business for over 70 years, we are an employee-owned full service Construction Manager/General Contractor, known for its work in the healthcare, education, high-tech, commercial, and municipal arenas. In addition to general contracting, we also offer pre-construction services, turnkey concrete, VDC/ BIM services, and special project services. Our work is performed under cost-plus-fee contracts, guaranteed maximum price, design build, fixed-price contracts, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

** MUST HAVE - SCIF, behavioral or advanced tech experience **

• Provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget.
• Additional duties include cost forecasting, owner change order preparation and negotiation and owner/subcontractor management.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience that includes large scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.
