We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-end residential and luxury custom homes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Luxury and High Rise Experience Required!
• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that all work is performed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
• Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential and luxury custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
