We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, as well as providing accurate cost estimates for commercial fencing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, with a specific focus on commercial fencing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including, but not limited to, project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Conduct site visits and work measurement activities.
• Develop cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
• Review blueprints and technical specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal resources.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Implement risk management procedures to minimize project risks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
• Proven experience in commercial fencing projects.
• Proficient in using estimating software and other industry-specific technology.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel as needed.
