Strong background in mission critical and/or data center projects in the DC area, including ground up
Coordination with subcontractors / scheduling / billing etc
Contract negotiation involvement
This position will be responsible implementing multiple small and large projects from “Inception to Occupancy”
Coordination of all partners required to implement projects of technical spaces across a regional campus;
Adherence to timelines by holding themselves and project partners and contractors accountable and informed
Partner with vendors, providing the client with exceptional quality and minimal disruption; minimizing risk, and providing great outcomes
Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout
Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings
Interface directly with clients to define project requirements
