* BUS RAPID TRANSIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION*

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry and a knack for BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) projects? If so, we have an exhilarating career opportunity for you! Our company is seeking a Project Manager specializing in BRT projects to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to some of the most innovative and transformative construction projects in the industry. You will be part of a collaborative team working on a variety of BRT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager - BRT, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of BRT construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
3. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
4. Interacting with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
5. Developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
6. Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
7. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
8. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
9. Managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
10. Coordinating with the Federal Transit Administration and other regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager - BRT position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management position, with a focus on BRT projects.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
4. Strong knowledge of BRT systems and the Federal Transit Administration regulations.
5. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
9. Proficiency in project management software.
10. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
