We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of multi-family residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project.

3. Performing detailed calculations to establish construction, installation, and functional specifications.

4. Preparing, reviewing, and updating project documentation including contracts, blueprints, schedules, budgets, and change orders.

5. Utilizing project management tools such as Sage and Timberline to track project progress, manage resources, and report on project status.

6. Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.

7. Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks and issues.

8. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

9. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on Residential, Shell, or Tunnel Form projects

3. Proficiency with Sage, Timberline, or equivalent project management software.

4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.

5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and clients.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues.

8. A commitment to adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety on the job site.

9. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
