Duties and Tasks of the Position

• Generate lists of required materials using project plans, collaborating closely with the Preconstruction Manager.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor (overseeing daily production teams) to ensure proper material handling and quality control for each project.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain price quotes and initiate orders for individual projects.
• Arrange and oversee materials for designated projects, encompassing cabinets, tile, doors, windows, trim, lumber, drywall, paint, and more.
• Manage administrative aspects of Modular Quality Control (Mod QC) and inspections within the manufacturing plant.
• Strategize logistical arrangements for finalized modules, including transportation, storage, crane operations, etc.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
• Knowledge of software such as Procore and Microsoft Projects is an added advantage.
• Ability to independently lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort and skill in operating a forklift (formal training provided within the initial 60 days).
• Familiarity with a wide range of residential trades (e.g., earthwork, utilities, concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry).
• Understanding of quality and health and safety standards.
