Construction PM or Senior PM

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
3. Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets.
4. Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met at all times.
5. Lead project meetings and set project goals.
6. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
7. Effectively communicate project progress to team members and other stakeholders.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
9. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
10. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
11. Evaluate project outcomes in terms of completion time, budget, and quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5-10 OR 10-20+ years of experience in a construction project management role.
3. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Proficient in construction management software programs.
5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and legal regulations.
7. Experience in risk management and project management.
8. Proficiency in interpreting and reading blueprints and technical drawings.
9. Ability to make decisions under pressure and work within tight deadlines.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
