Construction PM -- Mission Critical

As a Permanent Construction PM -- Mission Critical, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of mission critical projects, including data centers and commercial ground-up construction.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring that all contracts and agreements are properly executed.
4. Leading project teams and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies, systems, and processes to ensure project success.
6. Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
7. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
