Construction Manager

Our projects span from wastewater to K-12 to government to transportation to urban planning. As a multidisciplinary firm, our services include architecture, construction management, land surveying, landscape architecture, transportation engineering, municipal engineering, and environmental.

We are adding to our survey teams in several of our offices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associates in engineering, construction, or related field, preferred
• 8+ years experience supporting linear construction projects (municipal infrastructure - sanitary and storm sewer projects; waterlines; roadway improvement; utilities, pipelines, etc...)
• PE licensure, preferred
• Ability to establish and manage project budgets
• Interpersonal skills to communicate to clients, subcontractors, and project teams and support business development efforts

Day-to-day:

• Job site management for labor, material delivery, and overall construction progress
• Change order management
• Daily and weekly reporting to clients, engineers, and contractors
• Design review - measurements and calculations
• Run precon and job meetings
