Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading organization in the Construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction process, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals and subcontractors.

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Meet contractual conditions of performance.

Qualifications:
1. Proven working experience in construction management for 3+ years.
2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
5. Excellent time and project management skills.
