Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a dedicated individual who has a deep understanding of the construction industry and a passion for crafting high-end, custom residential homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from the initial planning stages to the final handover of the property. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Manager-Home Builder, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that will require excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. These include:

1. Overseeing all stages of the construction process, from initial planning and design to final handover.
2. Coordinating and supervising a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other staff to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
3. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest quality standards.
4. Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
6. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
7. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
8. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-end, custom residential homes.
2. Proven experience managing all stages of the construction process, from initial planning to final handover.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant technology.
