As a Contract Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various construction projects. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks, has a deep understanding of the construction industry, and has the capacity to work under pressure. You will be responsible for coordinating all contractual aspects of the construction projects, from the initial bidding process to the final project completion. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all aspects of construction contracts, including the bid proposal process, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
2. Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of the project.
3. Prepare detailed project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
4. Monitor the progress of the project, making necessary adjustments to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
5. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the project is progressing as planned.
6. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all contractual activities and decisions.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
9. Resolve any contractual issues that may arise, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with bid proposal, contracts, estimation, scheduling, and project management.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
7. Proficient in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
9. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
