Confidential Director of Finance- Oil and Gas

Headquartered in Denver, we are a leading PE backed upstream Oil & Gas Exploration and Production firm dedicated to creating value through conscientious development of oil and gas resources.

We are looking for a Director of Finance to run the finance functions with the CFO and manage and grow a small team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Direction: Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overarching business strategy
• Offer insights and direction on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, investment priorities, and policy formulation
• Financial Oversight and Management: Supervise all facets of financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury activities

Qualifications:

• Oil and Gas experience
• Private Equity experience
• Investment banking experience helpful
