Are you an experienced professional in the construction industry with a knack for overseeing complex projects? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager with concrete experience to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your concrete skills in various projects including asphalt, heavy civil, bridge, highway, grading, retaining walls, and box culverts. As a vital part of our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of the concrete construction industry, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

As a Concrete Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete projects. Your duties will include:

1. Managing and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
3. Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the construction schedule, procedure, and resource requirements.
4. Ensuring all safety protocols and quality control measures are adhered to at all times.
5. Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
6. Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities and ensure compliance with legal regulations, building, and safety codes.
7. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing concrete projects, including those involving asphalt, civil, bridge, highway, grading, retaining walls, and culvert.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction project management processes, means and methods.
4. Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
7. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
8. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
