As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing concrete construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing change orders effectively.
• Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed to keep projects on track.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, to achieve project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client and team relationships.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus).
