Compliance Coordinator

As a vital part of our fast-paced estimating team, the Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our general engineering and heavy civil construction company forward. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance across all project-related processes, including certified payroll processing, contract compliance tracking, and management of project expenses. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain certified payroll and union payroll processing.
• Track and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project-related expenses.
• Serve as the central point for all compliance-related inquiries, maintaining and disseminating compliance requirements to the team.
• Coordinate closely with the assistant controller and other team members to ensure timely processing of documentation and payments.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet crucial deadlines.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts to launch project start-up functions effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependable, consistent, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
