We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for managing and administering our company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits for all employees. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures, financials, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including 401k, bonus, and commission programs.
2. Conduct regular compensation surveys to ensure our pay structures remain competitive and equitable.
3. Perform benefits analysis and enrollment audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
4. Reconcile and audit monthly billing statements for accuracy and compliance.
5. Develop, implement, and manage the merit increase process.
6. Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Provide consultation and advice to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related matters.
8. Analyze and report on compensation and benefits trends and metrics, providing recommendations for improvements as necessary.
9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful roll-out of new compensation and benefits initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, including 401k, bonus, and commission programs.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
5. Excellent knowledge of compensation surveys and analysis.
6. Proficiency in financials and the ability to reconcile and audit billing statements.
7. Proven experience in conducting enrollment audits and ensuring compliance.
8. Solid understanding of merit increase processes.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and consult with all levels of management.
10. Proficient in using HRIS and other related software.
