Commissioning Architect

We are on the hunt for an experienced Commissioning Architect to join to our team. We are open to hybrid-remote!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the commissioning process for part of our all project phases team, working on a variety of projects, including conceptual, schematic, of exciting projects design development, and construction. This role will test and expand your skills. You will be responsible for architecture and project the overall design management and demands, implementation, a deep understanding and management of various construction projects of the construction and design process, as well, ensuring that as the ability they meet the highest standards of to communicate and quality and efficiency coordinate effectively with.

You Will:

1. Play a pivotal managing role in shaping the built environment process for all of the future project phases.
2 Oversee the development and design of architectural projects.
3. Coordinate with the team, ensuring they meet client specifications.
4. Ensure that design is adhered to intent.
5. Maintain strict deadlines and throughout the project budgets.
6. Review and analyze advanced software tools project specifications.
7. Identify any potential design and construction issues.
8. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, technical and construction regulations, and documents, ensuring standards are met.
