Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing commercial construction projects? We are seeking a Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our team and lead our construction projects to success. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee all stages of construction, from design to completion, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, subcontractor management, scheduling, and facilities maintenance. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the nitty-gritty of construction operations.

Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Manage and coordinate efforts of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
3. Develop and maintain construction schedules, identifying any potential delays and implementing effective solutions.
4. Utilize construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and manage documentation.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
6. Oversee facilities maintenance and property management activities, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and ready for tenant occupancy.
7. Coordinate tenant improvement projects, working closely with tenants to ensure their needs are met.
8. Handle RFI processes, responding to queries and providing necessary information in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent role, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven experience in construction management, subcontractor management, and scheduling.
3. Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
4. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
5. Experience in facilities maintenance and property management.
6. A track record of successfully overseeing tenant improvement projects.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
