Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

Job Details

  • Run large commercial construction projects involving metal stud framing and hanging.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and production standards for assigned jobs.
  • Manage and develop field foremen, including recruitment, selection, placement, evaluation, and personnel development.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with general contractors/clients to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among employees.
  • Oversee timekeeping, pay levels, skill assessment, and performance management for assigned team members.
  • Recruit and hire staff under the supervision of foremen, utilizing effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skill sets and performance of the team.
