Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide strategic legal advice and support for our commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing legal counsel to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, exceptional legal writing skills, and a proven track record in managing complex legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support for all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial real estate contracts and agreements.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and liabilities in real estate transactions.
4. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of real estate transactions.
5. Provide legal counsel to clients on various commercial real estate matters, including zoning laws, property rights, and environmental regulations.
6. Develop and implement legal strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and protect the interests of our clients.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the commercial real estate industry and applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
4. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
5. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations, including zoning laws, property rights, and environmental regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and liabilities in real estate transactions.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
8. Proven track record in managing complex legal transactions and meeting tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
