Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Property Lines Account Manager/Producer, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and managing a portfolio of commercial property lines accounts.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3. Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
4. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
5. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products to educate clients and provide expert advice.
6. Delivering high-quality customer service by resolving claims and policy-related issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborating with underwriters to accurately price risk and develop competitive insurance proposals.
8. Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Property Lines Account Manager/Producer should have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property lines.
2. A proven track record in sales and account management, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting procedures, and industry regulations.
4. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision making.
7. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools.
8. A professional certification in insurance (such as CPCU, CIC, etc.) is preferred.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
