Commercial Project Manager

We are a large local Commercial GC in Phoenix, AZ, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team! You need a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvement, healthcare, education, office, retail, and experience with data centers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial projects from start to finish.

If you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvement, healthcare, education, office, and retail
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
