Commercial Project Manager

Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Requirements: Commercial Construction / Budgeting / Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental requirements
• Manage project budgets and contracts, including negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, and provide guidance and support to project teams
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Commercial Roofing experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation software
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
