Commercial Project Manager

Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Worcester, MA
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Requirements: Commercial Construction / Budgeting / Project Management/ Roofing Construction

• Manage and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Create and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met
• Review and approve architectural plans and roofing designs
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, including structural timber, shingles, and other roofing systems
• Experience with commercial roofing designs and architectural plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
