Under the general guidance of the Commercial Loan Review Manager: Develops and executes a comprehensive program of internal auditing for the Bancorporation and subsidiaries; measures and evaluates effectiveness of internal controls, adherence to management directives and regulatory requirements, reliability of management data, quality of performance objectives, and extent to which the Bancorporation and subsidiaries’ assets are accounted for and safeguarded from losses.

Job Details

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial loan review
• Analyzes credit and financial statements to verify continuing creditworthiness of customers.
• Analyzes tax returns to verify continuing creditworthiness of customers.
• Checks legal documentation supporting commercial, installment, and mortgage loans to determine adequacy and perfection of Bank’s interest.
• Assist in the preparation of adversely graded loan reports to management on loans reviewed.
• Some credit knowledge preferred.
