1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
3. 0-2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on franchise disputes and civil litigation.
4. Previous experience in a clerkship role is highly desirable.
5. Strong understanding of commercial and civil litigation laws and procedures.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve matters favorably and efficiently.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal strategies in a clear and concise manner.
