Our firm is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our thriving legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial litigation, particularly in commercial real estate litigation, and a deep understanding of business, contracts and commercial law. Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in all stages of commercial litigation, from initiation to resolution, in state and federal courts.
2. Handle a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial real estate disputes, contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial disputes.
3. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare discovery responses and requests.
4. Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client's specific needs and objectives.
5. Participate in and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
6. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on commercial litigation matters and potential litigation risks.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to ensure that client needs are met and that legal services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. 5-7 years of experience as a commercial litigation attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate litigation.
4. Strong knowledge of business and commercial law.
5. Proven track record of effectively representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
6. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
7. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
