We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be barred in California with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation. While any commercial litigation experience is valued, expertise in labor & employment law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial litigation, preferably with exposure to labor & employment matters.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial experience and proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
