We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases, including class action litigation and financial services disputes. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our firm's commitment to excellence and our reputation as a leader in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including class action lawsuits, providing legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.
2. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare discovery requests and responses.
3. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence, and advocating on their behalf.
4. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop legal strategies, prepare for trials, and negotiate settlements.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation, court rulings, and other legal developments that could impact our clients and their cases.
6. Work closely with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress, explaining complex legal concepts and issues in a clear and understandable manner, and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
7. Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney position will have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a valid Minnesota attorney license.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or government law office, with a focus on commercial litigation.
3. Proven experience in class action litigation and financial services disputes.
4. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload while meeting tight deadlines.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
