This position is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong background in commercial lines and insurance sales. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Commercial Lines Producer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Generating new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
2. Managing a portfolio of commercial line products including property, liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
3. Providing exceptional service to our clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
4. Collaborating with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for our clients.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
7. Participating in professional development and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines and insurance sales.
2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
