We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service, and developing innovative solutions for our clients' unique needs. Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Negotiate and secure competitive insurance coverage for clients.
• Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to ensure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
• Handle all aspects of account management including renewals, endorsements, invoicing, and claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best advice and service to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• 5+ Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
• Experience with multiple carriers
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• EZLYNX, TAM, or EPIC management system experience preferred
